The Coaching Engagement:  When you show up for coaching, whether in person or by telephone, you will find a partner who believes in you, has confidence in your ability to be creative and resourceful, and who will be encouraging.  Yet, more importantly your coach / partner will be someone who will challenge you - to maximize your personal and professional potential.  Thus we tailor our coaching engagements according to your particular needs and circumstances - whether you are an individual client, a work group or leadership team, or even an entire organization.  Ultimately our goal is to support you in enhancing your own skills, resources, and creativity so that you will attain the results you desire.  But we don’t think it wise to jump into coaching without first having an . . .

Initial Interview:   . . . for the success of any coaching engagement will ultimately depend upon the relationship between coach and client.  In other words, it is critical that coach and client “hit it off”.  That is why we offer, in fact insist on an initial complimentary GET STARTED interview to ensure that we are a good “fit” for each other prior to committing to a coaching engagement.  Then, if we do “hit it off” and both determine we are a good “fit”, the next step in coaching will include . . . 

Evaluations and Assessments:   . . . because we believe you are at your best when you are doing what you do best.  Yet, isn’t it odd how we don’t always recognize our own best qualities, talents, and strengths?  Assessments can be useful tools in helping us identify and define those qualities about ourselves we do not always see.  We may use either simple questionnaires or sometimes more comprehensive formal assessments, depending on your particular needs and circumstances.  Most are included as part of our coaching package, but outside resources may be used for more complex assessments at an additional fee.
